Prepare for your session!

Before your sauna session you should hydrate to prepare for an increase in core body temperature & wait at least 1 to 2 hours after eating before beginning the session. Plan on wearing minimal clothing during your session to allow the infrared to deeply penetrate your tissue, such as a swimsuit, gym shorts, cotton towel, etc.

Depending on the program you choose, sessions last between 30-45 minutes. While you’re enjoying your session, listen to your body! Adjust based on what it’s telling you & let our team know if you’re feeling any flu-like symptoms & discontinue your session. Everyone sweats differently so you may not sweat much during your first few sessions, but sweat with increase with regular use. Please do not bring plastic water bottles into the sauna with you.

Be sure to rehydrate with water or a complimentary electrolyte drink to replenish fluids following your session. We recommend waiting at least 1 hour before showering to keep your hyperthermic benefits as long as possible.

We recommend multiple sessions per week, 45-minutes each, in combination with other therapies to help achieve your goals such as IV therapy, emsculpt neo, massage therapy, & more.
You should not use the sauna if you are taking certain medications, have cardiovascular issues, have diabetes, experience difficulty regulating body temperature or perspirating, have a pacemaker or defibrillator, have a fever, are menstruating, are under 18, are elderly, or are pregnant/breastfeeding. If you are unsure if you fall into any of these categories, please consult with your provider & our team before using our sauna services. The use of drugs, medications, or alcohol prior to our during the sauna session may lead to dizziness or unconsciousness.
