If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we understand! We respectfully request that you reach out at least 1 day prior to your appointment in order for us to account for these changes to our schedule. Appointments that are cancelled the day-of or no-showed will be charged 50% of the cost to your card on file. By default, if you did not have a specific service picked out for said appointment, you will be charged a fee of $50.00.
You will be contacted prior to your appointment via text, email, or call to remind you of and confirm your upcoming appointment. If your appointment is left unconfirmed, your appointment time will remain reserved unless you contact us requesting otherwise.
